BUILDING REPORT
Comprehensive building report. Includes 1.5 hour inspection, standard report with the following extras;

Reviews Healthy Homes requirement for rentals.

Additional moisture readings and in-depth review

Enhanced moisture detection with thermal imaging.

Drone image capture and weather-tightness map of the roof
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Structural reports or design.

Structural engineering reports for damaged or deficient structures.
